bringing decades of experience
to your table.

Tireless Dedication

A million miles an hour, that’s what Polo’s mind is running at, but you will never know it, as all that attention to making sure you are enjoying dinner is hidden behind his calm smile.

Polo has been responsible in part of the creation and growth of some of Atlanta’s best restaurants since 1991. Luciano’s, Pampas & Frankie’s, Chops, to name a few.

His vision for Luci’s represents a culmination of all that experience and the chance to bring his vision for the perfect steakhouse experience to you.

Excellence through education

Gigi is unrelenting in her expectation of excellence from her staff and in equally ensuring that you are wholly satisfied with your experience at Luci’s.

A recognizable face in the Atlanta dining scene, Gigi has over 15 years in the restaurant hospitality and has demonstrated her passion & “hands on” approach of coaching and mentoring new team members.

Gigi has worked in some fine dining restaurants like Rumi’s Kitchen, Lucianos, Cabernet Steakhouse, Pampas Steakhouse
and Frankie’s the Steakhouse where she was Event Planner Coordinator.

innovation through food

Don’t let the gentle and kind demeanor fool you, Chef John is merciless when it comes to ensuring your dish comes out exactly the way he wants it to.

Hailing from Johannesburg, South Africa, John came to Atlanta in 1991, he led new restaurant initiatives with the Buckhead Life Restaurant Group and Norman Groups, as well as Bottles and Bones.

With a Culinary Institute of America background and decades opening new restaurant concepts, John’s focus is on providing depth in flavor, which is exciting to discerning palettes.

cooking with passion

If you get a second to peek into the kitchen, you will see Chef Gabriel’s excitement and personality through the food. Peak dinner hour is his time to shine.

Over 20 years of leadership in the kitchen makes Gabriel ready to handle a busy Saturday at Luci’s. Key positions at Pampas, Luciano’s, Suwanee Park Tavern, Cabernet, Bluepointe, and the list goes on.

demonstrable growth through dedication

Many preach accountability, few take it personally. Dan’s commitment to ensuring the whole Luci’s team is putting its best foot forward for every table is unmatched.

Dan’s experience in having worked in almost every role in the restaurant world is strong. His ability to grow restaurants is a result of his time working alongside chefs David Bouley at the Next Door by Wegmans, Sean Brock, Kevin Rathburn, and Master Sommeliers Doug Frost and the Wine Geek himself Steve Olson.

Pricci, The Atlanta Fish Market, Chops, The Ocean Room at the Sanctuary Hotel at Kiawah Island, Anis Bistro, and The Food Studio are just some of the restaurants that Dan draws experience from.
